ETMAM allows real estate development companies to apply for real estate qualification for off-plan sales projects. The center also deals with the off-plan sale and rent committee “Wafi” until the approval of the qualification is issued and delivered to the applicant.
The key business challenge presented by a client was to find possible ways to sell prototypes to the huge Saudi Corporation.
