The client produces and sells sustainably sourced, premium-quality organic spices with a strong social mission. They partner with smallholder farmers across the globe to ensure fair trade, biodiversity, and full transparency in their supply chain. 

Operating both B2B and D2C channels, the company delivers to customers throughout Europe via its online store. The brand is known not only for the quality of its products but also for its storytelling, packaging, and commitment to ethical sourcing — all of which extend into how their systems and documentation are presented. 

Business Challenges 

The client needed subtle but meaningful improvements to their ERP system, particularly for documents that are part of the customer experience, such as: 

  • Delivery slips that needed to reflect specific brand details and logistical notes
  • Invoices that required localized formatting, custom footer content, and layout consistency

Though the scope was relatively small, these documents play a visible role in the brand’s image and professionalism.

We delivered a series of micro-customizations to the client’s Odoo setup. All changes were implemented with backward compatibility in mind, ensuring that no disruption occurred in other parts of the system.
