Nadapayments is a financial technologies firm that streamlines the processing of credit card payments made by small to midsize American companies. Their product streamlines payment yet also enables compliant surcharge programs. It includes billing features, virtual terminals, payment links, and recurring billing for payments made in person and remotely.

To reduce operational overhead and unify fragmented systems, Nadapayments needed an integrated ERP solution to automate and secure core processes — from sales tracking and CRM to helpdesk and inventory management.

Over-reliance on costly stand-alone technologies in CRM, inventory, and tracking within sales also brought with it data silos and inefficiencies. 

No Unified CRM 

Disconnected CRM business processes cause irregular customer communication with very limited interaction insight. 

Manual Inventory Control 

Errors, delayed fulfillment, and resource misuse resulted from inadequate stock tracking. 

Lack of Helpdesk System 

No structured support ticketing created delays in issue resolution and impacted client satisfaction.

We implemented a specialized Odoo ERP system in the process of Nadapayments. Namely, we automated all the crucial workflows in a core system, making the system operationally explicit, secure, etc. Each of the system modules we implemented in a way that minimized work manually, lessened the operation cost, ensured user acceptance through systematic support.
