Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (incl. v19).
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.)
- Proven experience in business discovery, documentation, and functional analysis
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- English level: B2+ (spoken and written)
- Odoo certification is a strong plus
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions to analyze business needs and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Prepare detailed discovery and functional documentation, including process flows, specifications, and gap analyses
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project scope, schedule, and communication throughout all stages
- Support UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live activities
