For the internal workflows to run smoothly with increased client servicing, Bollaert BV installs Odoo as the basis for its ERP. Core modules include the Sales app for managing internal orders and customer interactions.
- To support online purchases, WooCommerce was connected as an external eCommerce platform;

However, despite using powerful tools, the sales and shipping processes remained disconnected, making it difficult to automate logistics efficiently.
