The client is a leading producer of intelligent armored vehicles that cater to government and business segments in North America. All their advanced manufacturing processes are centered around developing customized vehicles that are focused on durability, security, and operational reliability.  

When they expanded their presence in terms of increasing demand for their products, having appropriate cost accounting and production insight was mission critical.

    Accounting workflows struggled with consistent and accurate product cost calculations.
  • Journal Entry Inconsistencies
    Manual processes led to errors in financial documentation and transaction tracking.

Solution Delivered

To support secure, scalable development, we set up a dedicated cloud server tailored to the client’s infrastructure requirements. This ensured full data isolation and security across projects. A customized CI/CD pipeline was implemented with four distinct environments — Dev, Test, Staging, and Production — each configured with appropriate levels of data anonymization to meet internal compliance and facilitate safe feature testing. 

On the operational side, our team began with a deep dive process audit to map gaps between manufacturing and financial workflows. Based on the findings, we implemented a set of targeted improvements. This combined DevOps and business process optimization approach created a foundation that is both technically robust and operationally sustainable.
