To support secure, scalable development, we set up a dedicated cloud server tailored to the client’s infrastructure requirements. This ensured full data isolation and security across projects. A customized CI/CD pipeline was implemented with four distinct environments — Dev, Test, Staging, and Production — each configured with appropriate levels of data anonymization to meet internal compliance and facilitate safe feature testing.

On the operational side, our team began with a deep dive process audit to map gaps between manufacturing and financial workflows. Based on the findings, we implemented a set of targeted improvements.
