Ventmann specializes in the production of frameless gypsum air diffusers for modern HVAC systems. Their products are designed to balance aesthetics and performance — sleek, functional, and easy to install on ceilings or walls. 

Made from environmentally friendly, durable materials, Ventmann’s diffusers are adaptable to various interior designs. The company serves both residential and commercial segments and focuses heavily on innovation, design quality, and efficient air dispersion.

Ventmann relied on disconnected, manual workflows across key departments: sales, accounting, manufacturing, and procurement. 

Lack of Centralized Systems 

There was no unified platform for customer relationship management or accounting. Stock tracking, reporting, and payment processes were handled outside any ERP, leading to delays, inefficiencies, and inconsistent data across teams.
