We’ve got the project from another development team with no experience in Odoo, so our challenge was to fix all the bugs and deliver a working site in a very tight timeframe. The result: a perfectly working site with a bunch of cool features is ready – a sales platform that both clients and buyers like.

Client Goals & Challenges

The first goal was to get a working site, which is the source of their income. After a well-done job, the client began to implement new goals and ideas in life, such as: subscription, a separate price list for employees, implementation of the opportunity to receive a discount when returning returnable containers.

The main challenge for us was to quickly correct the mistakes of the previous team in order to show the client a high level of our competence and to go into the development and expansion of new functionality.

We analyzed the entire completed scope, found mistakes made by the other team, and clearly planned tasks and time.

Thanks to the high quality and clear work of the team, we were able to correct all mistakes in a short time and the client was satisfied with the result. Due to the fast and high quality result, the client was satisfied and asked us to implement their new ideas, which they had not even dreamed of before working with us.
