We created the VR welding simulator that allows trainees to learn welding machine functionalities and the fundamentals of working with it.
The process of learning the practical rules of working with materials and welding equipment in an immersive environment is maximally close to natural conditions.
Consequently, trainees obtain the necessary skills faster, and it costs less for the company to prepare specialists.
No expenses on consumables (workblanks, electrodes, gas, etc.) and electricity.
Mobility, as no specific workstation is necessary.
There is no need for a professional individual instructor who monitors the learning process.
The learning process is absolutely safe for trainees.
The learning program is easily scaled as needed.
Skills learned in VR transfer well to real-world welding. In addition, VR training is often more engaging for younger trainees and allows for detailed progress tracking.
