MyMilk device performs measurements of conductivity (EC) and temperature of a milk placed by a user in a dedicated measurement chamber. The measurement is initiated by the user through a dedicated smartphone application (APP). After the measurement, the device transmits the EC and temperature results to the APP.

Communication with the APP is via BLE (customer provided SDK). To maximize battery life, the device is powered off when not in use and powered on by the user when needed.

Improved milk quality control

Historical data tracking.

The app can store historical data over time, allowing users to track changes in milk quality and identify patterns. This feature is valuable for long-term quality control and understanding the impact of different storage conditions or practices.

Value Delivered

The milk conductivity measurement system consisted of a handheld device for measuring the conductivity of small samples of human milk and a smartphone app for data collection, MM% calculation and user output.

In close cooperation with the customer, our team created a mobile application that has all the necessary functions and provides the opportunity to fully solve all tasks.

The device has an ON/OFF button and an LED for status indication. The test application will provide tools for testing MyMilk devices, reading device information, and performing measurements.

The mobile application will be used by production staff and technicians.
